Pre-Sales & Center of Excellence (COE)
The core team which supports the sales and business development department is the pre-sales department. Pre-sales team work hand in hand with COE team for product/solution conceptualization as per requirement from sales team. They work very closely with sales team as well as with COE team for architecting the solution and service delivery model keeping customer requirement at the forefront.
The key to a project success is the understanding and delivering customer's requirements and educating on different technological Solutions. This includes design, development and accomplishing the project with our strategic technical in-house capability along with partnership with world's leading OEM/ODM.

The Sales & Business Development Division ensures our customers are proposed with advance technologies, products, solution and service deliverables fitting to their requirement with high future scalability. Central Project Management Office (PMO) and Commercial Services Organization (CSO)
The central PMO reports to the top management of Printlink. PMO audits the project plan along with respective project managers and runs audit at every milestone of the respective projects to ensure compliances are met as per commercial as well as implementational milestones. The CSO division under PMO provides all support (Timely Procurement to Delivery) required for maintaining compliances on customer deliverables. Leaders from this division make sure that process are strictly adhered for timely delivery of goods, services & resources ensuring quality in product and services in compliance with the contract/RFP
